1.3 Hosting
The Service is hosted on Google Cloud Platform, with backend services on Google Cloud Run, file storage on Google Cloud Storage, and authentication via Firebase (Google). Deployments may use Google Cloud regions in the European Union (for example, europe-west regions). See our Legal Notice and Privacy Policy for more detail.
2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms define the conditions under which you may access and use the Service. They apply together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Platform Rules.
If you enter into a separate written agreement with CaTT Solutions (for example, an enterprise order form or master services agreement), that agreement governs conflicting commercial terms for the matters it covers.
3. Access to the Service
3.1 Professional use only
The Service is intended for professional (B2B) use only, such as:
- client companies and hiring organizations;
- consulting firms and IT services companies;
- recruiters and HR professionals;
- freelancers and independent consultants acting in a professional capacity; and
- users authorized by a customer organization.
When you register, you represent that you use Skillbridge in connection with a professional activity. You are treated as a business user. The Service is not directed at consumers using it for personal, non-professional purposes.
3.2 Account responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login credentials confidential;
- all activity under your account; and
- the accuracy and lawfulness of information you provide.
3.3 Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- violate these Terms or our Platform Rules;
- use the Service fraudulently or unlawfully; or
- pose a security risk or harm the integrity of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account as described in section 11.
4. Artificial intelligence features
4.1 Decision support only
The Service may use AI (including third-party models such as Google Gemini, as described in our Privacy Policy) to provide analyses, extractions, scores, or matching suggestions. These outputs are decision-support tools only.
AI results may contain errors, omissions, or biases. They:
- do not replace human judgment, professional advice, or legal review;
- should be verified before recruitment, staffing, or business decisions; and
- must not be used as the sole basis for decisions that significantly affect individuals, unless you have implemented appropriate human oversight and comply with applicable law (including employment and data protection law).
4.2 Your responsibilities
You agree that:
- final hiring, staffing, and assignment decisions remain your responsibility;
- you will not use the Service for unlawful discrimination or prohibited processing (see section 5 and our Platform Rules);
- you will inform data subjects and establish lawful bases when required for personal data in uploads, as described in our Privacy Policy; and
- you will maintain meaningful human oversight for AI-assisted outcomes in your workflows.
4.3 Regulatory context
Rules on artificial intelligence in the EU and other jurisdictions (including the EU AI Act) may apply to AI used in employment and recruitment contexts. Requirements depend on how you deploy the Service. You are responsible for your compliance as an employer, recruiter, or deployer. We may update the Service to reflect evolving legal requirements. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
5. Content you upload
You may upload or enter content such as CVs, candidate documents, proposals, and related metadata.
You represent and warrant that:
- you have the rights and permissions needed to import and process that content in the Service;
- you have provided required notices to individuals whose personal data appears in uploads, where applicable; and
- your content and use comply with law and our Platform Rules.
You remain responsible for your content. CaTT Solutions is not liable for consequences of unlawful or unauthorized uploads, subject to mandatory law.
6. Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, etc.), see Manage my data or contact service@skill-bridge.fr.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 Our property
The Service, its software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by CaTT Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Service.
7.2 Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant CaTT Solutions a limited license to host, process, and display your content only as necessary to operate the Service (including AI analysis and matching you request).
8. Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, incidents, security measures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
If you have a separate SLA or support agreement with CaTT Solutions, that agreement applies to service levels for covered customers.
9. Fees and payment
9.1 Plans and prices
Paid access is sold as a Pro subscription in three plans. All prices are excluding VAT (HT); applicable VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country.
| Plan | Price | Billing | Minimum term |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro Monthly | €299 / month HT | Monthly | None |
| Pro Semester | €269 / month HT | Monthly | 6 months |
| Pro Yearly | €249 / month HT | Monthly | 12 months |
Every plan is billed monthly in advance. The reduced rates of the Semester and Yearly plans are granted in consideration of the minimum term attached to them. Prices and plans may change for future terms; we will inform you before a change applies to your subscription.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
9.2 Minimum term and renewal
The Pro Semester and Pro Yearly plans include a minimum commitment period of six (6) or twelve (12) months respectively, starting on the day the plan takes effect. During that period you owe the monthly instalments for the whole term.
At the end of a term, the subscription renews tacitly for another identical term at the then-applicable rate, unless it is cancelled before the term ends. The Pro Monthly plan renews monthly.
9.3 Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation is not retroactive and does not give rise to a refund of amounts already invoiced.
- Pro Monthly: the subscription ends at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until that date.
- Pro Semester and Pro Yearly: cancellation stops the tacit renewal but does not release you from the remaining commitment. The subscription stays active, and monthly billing continues, until the commitment end date shown in the application; access ends on that date.
Until the effective end date you can resume the subscription from Settings → Billing, which restores the renewal.
9.4 Changing plan
- Upgrade (to a longer commitment): takes effect immediately, with the price difference prorated by Stripe, and starts a new minimum term for the new plan.
- Downgrade (to a shorter commitment or no commitment): accepted at any time but takes effect at the end of the current commitment period — or of the current billing period on the Pro Monthly plan. Until then, the current plan, price and rights remain unchanged.
9.5 Credits and credit packs
The monthly credit allowance included in the Pro subscription is granted for each billing period and is not carried over to the next one. Credit packs are one-off purchases: they are non-refundable, do not expire, and are consumed after the included allowance.
9.6 Late or failed payment
If an invoice remains unpaid, we may suspend paid features until the situation is resolved. Suspension does not suspend the minimum term or the instalments due for it.
9.7 Professional use — no right of withdrawal
The Service is offered to professionals (B2B) for purposes related to their business activity. Accordingly, the consumer right of withdrawal under the French Consumer Code does not apply.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- CaTT Solutions is not liable for decisions you make based on Service outputs, for inaccurate data you provide, or for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of revenue or business opportunity).
- CaTT Solutions is not liable for AI output errors where you have not applied reasonable human review.
- For paid use of the Service by a business customer, CaTT Solutions’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to CaTT Solutions for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including, where mandatory, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct).
11. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the Service and data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must not:
- access systems or data without authorization;
- disrupt the Service (including abusive scraping or attacks); or
- exploit vulnerabilities instead of reporting them responsibly.
Report security issues to service@skill-bridge.fr (subject: Security) or via Contact. No system is completely secure; we do not guarantee absolute security against all threats.
12. Termination and data after termination
12.1 By you
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account in Settings → Security (confirm your email address). See Manage my data for more options.
Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a paid subscription or waive the instalments remaining under a minimum term: cancel your subscription in Settings → Billing first, under the conditions of section 9.3.
12.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate access as described in section 3.3, with notice when reasonable unless urgent action is required.
12.3 After termination
After account deletion or termination, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain data for legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Backups and certain technical copies may persist for a limited time.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or security needs. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
If changes are material, we may notify you by email or in the Service where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance for business users. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
14. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can manage non-essential cookies via the cookie banner, footer Cookie settings ([/cookie-settings](/cookie-settings)), or Settings → Privacy & data when signed in.
15. Disputes and governing law
15.1 Amicable resolution
Before formal proceedings, the parties will try to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting service@skill-bridge.fr.
15.2 Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable European Union law where it applies (including GDPR).
15.3 Jurisdiction
Subject to mandatory provisions:
- for business users, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France; and
- if you qualify as a consumer despite using the Service outside a professional context (which the Service is not designed for), you may also benefit from mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules in your country of residence.
