How to reach Skillbridge
You can use this page to reach Skillbridge about the Service, your account, support, personal data, partnerships, abuse reports, or security issues.

We currently use a single contact address for general inquiries, support, and personal data requests. Please use a clear subject line so we can route your message (for example: “Support”, “Personal data (GDPR)”, “Security”, or “Platform rules report”).
Response times
We aim to respond within a reasonable time. For support requests, we typically try to reply within 24 to 48 business hours, depending on volume and complexity.
For requests relating to your data protection rights, we respond within the time limits required by applicable law (generally one month under the GDPR, with a possible extension for complex requests).

Important: The form does not send your message automatically. After you submit it, please email us at service@skill-bridge.fr using the subject and message you entered (or adapt them as needed).
By using the form, you agree that Skillbridge may process the information you provide only to respond to your request and follow up on our exchange.
Please do not send
Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, full payment card numbers, health data, or other sensitive information unless strictly necessary. Do not attach confidential documents unless required for your request.
Helpful information to include
- Your name and email address
- A clear subject describing the type of request
- Relevant context (account issue, CV or proposal upload, billing, bug, GDPR request, etc.)
- Your account email if you have a Skillbridge account
- Any useful reference (date, feature, error message)—without sharing secrets or unnecessary personal data about third parties

Personal data (GDPR) requests
To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to processing, you may:
- read Manage my data for an overview of your rights and in-app options (profile update, file deletion, account deletion); and
- email service@skill-bridge.fr with the subject line “Personal data (GDPR)” and the details of your request.
If you have an account, include the email address you used to register so we can verify your identity.
Abuse, platform rules, and security
To report content or behavior that may violate our Platform Rules, unauthorized access, illegal material, or a security vulnerability, email service@skill-bridge.fr with the subject line “Platform rules” or “Security”.
Include only information needed to investigate. We may forward reports to the appropriate team or take action under our terms and applicable law.
